Charles Ellison has substantial experience within real estate development providing research and design support for both architectural and civil engineering disciplines. He has provided CAD support to his project team by drafting detailed engineering plans; preparing construction sets for submittal; maintaining project databases; organized plan sets; illustrated concept plans; obtained reviews of plans/computations; prepared final version of plans/computations; and assisted project engineers.
Charles has also performed detailed site investigations and communicated regularly with regulatory agencies on various projects.
